High Volume Washdown Systems

A range of automatic pump units designed to provide a pressurised, high volume source of water for washing down milking parlours, livestock sheds, yards, agricultural machinery etc. or anywhere where you require a spray or jet of pressurised water.

Operation is entirely automatic, the pump switching on and off in response to demand from the valve on the outlet lance.

Hoses can be connected directly to the pump or alternatively the supply can be routed through a fixed piping system (1½" or 2" rigid pvc, galvanised or alkathene) to provide a high volume pressurised main with take-off points wherever required.

All models supplied complete with pressure reservoir, pressure switch, gauge and non return valve.

Jetwash

	A popular low cost choice. Based on the Jet 100/68 self-priming pump. This is the best choice for drawing from a well or spring or for water containing sediment and grit.
	23 gallons per minute or 5 gpm at 6 bar (90psi). 2 HP jet pump.
	SINGLE AND THREE PHASE MODELS AVAILABLE

 

 

Multinox PW Range

	Higher flow with high pressure. Similar to Multiwash but with 4HP and a 3 phase pump. The ultimate washdown unit for larger installations.
	40 gallons per minute or 20 gpm at 6 bar (90psi). 4 HP vertical multistage pump. (Three phase only)
	SINGLE AND THREE PHASE MODELS AVAILABLE

 

 

Dual Multinox VE Range

	This system is based on TWO Multinox PW pumps to provide double of flow.
	Up to 400lpm is possible with the VE200/110
	SINGLE AND THREE PHASE MODELS AVAILABLE

The Jet 1000 pump can also be used for washdown use
