JS Heavy Duty Submersible Pumps

The JS range of submersible pumps is built to heavy duty specification using stainless steel and cast iron which provides excellent resistance to corrosive liquids. The pumps contains a dual winding with high torque start, this ensures that the pumps start up even in the heaviest of sludge conditions. The pump is also fitted with dual mechanical seals which are made up of silicon carbide and carbon ceramic, these seal give exceptionally long life when used in arduous conditions.

JS 750 SK Submersible Pump

SK series pumps incorporate a non-clog single vane impeller with tungsten carbide cutting blade which runs against a scored shredder plate.

Shredder

SPECIFICATIONS:

The motor casing, rotor shaft and all hardware are made of 304 stainless steel with other exposed parts made of cast iron.

Dual mechanical seal in a separate oil chamber with an oil seal ring on the outside.

All SK models are available with a slide rail system.

Automatic models are fitted with float switch and control panel with electrical/starter overload protection unit for unattended operation.
